GENERAL SECURITY RULES šŸ“‹ Nicoletta Grillone USER

šŸŽÆ How to prevent and minimize the risk of losses while performing your duties.

Members of the store management should always be present in the Boutique. Two people should be scheduled to be in-store at all times. During opening hours, boutique staff enters and exits via the front door or the front-of-house exit. Service or back-of-house doors should be used for entering at the beginning and end of the day. Customers are never left alone on the sales floor and do not have access to other areas of the store (back office, stockroom, etc.). Sales staff should pay attention to client behaviour in the store that may suggest possible malicious or mischievous intent. Inform the Store Manager immediately whenever such situations arise. Store Management inspects features and fittings to detect potential security issues and alerts the Facility Management immediately whenever maintenance or replacement is required. Store Managers are responsible for ensuring that Security guidelines are enforced in the store. https://fendi.sharepoint.com/sites/CICERO/SitePages/General.aspx

GENERAL SECURITY RULES šŸ“‹

Behaviour with External Parties or Authority Representatives Any time an external party accesses the Boutique (e.g., for maintenance purposes or to replace furniture), the store staff should have been forewarned by the department in charge at Head Office level. Always confirm that the person in the store and the related company corresponds to the one communicated by the Head Office - ask to see the person/technician's ID card to check their authorization. If Head Office received no such notification, contact the relevant department immediately for confirmation before letting the person in. Any third party (from whatever external organization) may operate only in the presence of boutique staff. If night work is required, and no staff is available due to budget/rota constraints, The Retail Head shall authorize security guards to attend the night work in the absence of Fendi staff and inform the Facility Manager. The Security company shall instruct the duty agent, following the Store Manager's and Facility manager's instructions to the letter. Before and after the intervention, the store manager and the security company shall jointly check any exposed products, focusing on those of high value and make a photographic record of the store status. Anytime a law enforcement representative (i.e., a police officer) requests access to the Boutique to perform their duties: Immediately inform Store Management Store Management shall identify the representative with a valid Identification Document and contact their command station to confirm their identity and the reason for their request to access the Boutique. All requests from law enforcement representatives should be provided in writing and shared with the Legal Department for support.

Bag Check If allowed by local regulations (ask your local HR referent), bag checks are performed under CCTV by the Store Manager, a key holder or the Security Guard on:
